Red Cherry heritage tomato on very compact plants.
Description
Received from the 2018 Seed Swap.
I think I’d call this a “windowsill tomato”. The plants (in 2019) were extremely small and whilst for its size it has a reasonable number of fruits, there really aren’t very many.
It was early (the first tomato in 2019) but really not very tasty. They were flowery (which I personally don’t like) and the skins were quite thick for the size of fruit. Perhaps if you’re short of space, they might be worthwhile growing but they’re really not for me.
