Multiple colours of small plum tomatoes on an Indeterminate Plant
Description
This is an F1 Hybrid which comes in a packet of multiple colours (red, yellow, orange). However, it is possible that the open pollenated plant will run true to the original colour (or at least the selected yellow tomato first grown in 2022 grew yellow again in 2023. Unfortunately we didn’t get many plants to grow so we only have the yellow seeds for subsequent years. Its taste is nothing really special but the plant has grown well and produced fruit relatively early.
2023 has been a late year. June was hot & dry but July proved to be cold & wet. Nonetheless, the first fruit were on 24th July and it looks like we’ll get a kilo or so of fruit.
